Globally, roughly one in six people live with some form of disability (WHO, 2023).
IMAbled is the NGO-mediated hiring, training and placement platform for specially-abled professionals. We connect registered NGOs, admin-approved employers and volunteer industry experts into one consent-first ecosystem — live in India and expanding globally.
Across every country we have looked at, the same pattern holds: millions of specially-abled adults want to work, most would be excellent at the jobs on offer, and almost none are reached by general job boards. The gap isn't ability — it's infrastructure. IMAbled is that infrastructure.

Most platforms try to solve hiring alone. We built Verify, Train and Place into one flow — because without all three, hiring never happens.
Admin-verified NGOs build and own every candidate profile. No anonymous uploads. Consent logged on every introduction.
See the detail →Companies sponsor cohorts. Volunteer industry experts teach. NGOs enrol their candidates. Zero cost to the learner, ever.

We align with the disability-rights regime of every jurisdiction we operate in. These are the four most frequently referenced inside the product.
Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act — 21 disability categories, 4% government reservation, Equal Opportunity Policy for 20+ employee establishments.
Americans with Disabilities Act — Title I employment provisions, reasonable accommodation duty, non-discrimination in hiring.
Protected characteristic framework including disability, duty to make reasonable adjustments to the workplace.
Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities — Article 27 on work and employment, binding on signatory states.
We operate in compliance with all applicable local laws in the jurisdictions where our users hire and are hired. Legal references are surfaced inside the product workflow, not left to paperwork.

IMAbled is launching globally. We are live in India and expanding to jurisdictions covered by the UN CRPD — including the United States (ADA), United Kingdom (Equality Act 2010) and other signatory countries. The product is the same; the compliance surfaced inside it adapts to where you hire.
IMAbled is built and operated by Pillai InfoTech LLP. The platform is funded by CSR contributions from partner companies who back our mission. Placements are always free — NGOs, companies, volunteers and candidates never pay a placement fee or commission. Companies may optionally sponsor specific training cohorts, but that is never a condition of using the platform.
No. We support all categories recognised under local disability legislation — including the 21 categories of the RPWD Act 2016 in India, ADA-defined disabilities in the US, protected disability under the UK Equality Act 2010, and the broad UN CRPD definition of persons with disabilities.
Three differences: (1) profiles are built and vouched by registered NGOs, not self-declared; (2) training cohorts are company-sponsored and volunteer-run with zero cost to the learner; (3) every company is admin-verified before they can see a single profile.
