Who we are

IMAbled (accessible at imabled.com) is operated by Pillai InfoTech LLP, Mumbai, India. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

Data we collect

NGO accounts: organisation name, registration number, contact person name, email, phone, address, logo.
Company accounts: company name, email, phone, industry, city, company size.
Candidate profiles (entered by the NGO, never by the candidate directly): name, ability profile, skills, education, work history, optional documents.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — used for security and to improve the platform.

How we use your data

To match NGO-registered candidates with inclusive employers.
To verify that NGOs and companies are real before giving them platform access.
To send you transactional emails (account approved, new job match, application status).
To comply with Indian law, including the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016.

Who sees what

Candidate profiles are visible to companies only when the NGO has explicitly shared them or the candidate has applied to that company's job posting. Sensitive medical details are never shared without explicit consent. SuperAdmins at Pillai InfoTech LLP can access records for platform operations, support, and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address on our Contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for 12 months after deactivation, then delete it unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Security

Passwords are hashed with industry-standard bcrypt. All traffic is served over HTTPS. We review access controls and run security checks regularly.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified by email to registered account holders.
