Our in-house editorial team writes every piece in collaboration with the NGO, company or candidate involved. The subject reviews and approves every story before it goes live.
Yes. If you are an NGO, company or candidate with a real inclusive hiring outcome, reach out via our <a href="/contact" class="underline">contact page</a>. We co-write and review with you before publishing.
Only when the subject consents. If a candidate or hiring manager prefers to stay anonymous, we use first names, pseudonyms or role titles and note it clearly in the piece.
