Why we don't publish jobs publicly
Companies trust that every candidate shared with them comes through an NGO that knows their abilities. NGOs trust that every job posted has been vetted. Keeping the matching inside a verified loop is how we maintain that trust — and how specially-abled talent gets genuine opportunities, not algorithmic noise.
